I gave the girls a few non-hazardous items to play with in the bathroom while they waited for me to get out of the shower. What harm could it be to let them play with a box of bathroom supplies (no liquids of any kind involved)? When I got out of the shower I was amazed at the girls' creativity. They were drinking water from the toilet using contact cases. Very clever!!! I just reread this paragraph and it sounded like I was pleased that they had done this. I just want to make it clear that I'm not bragging.
Ava calls Gatorade "alligator". They were sick this week so she was asking for a lot of "alligator".
In nursery, the music lady passes out pictures of sunbeams glued to popsicle sticks for each kid to hold up while we sing "Jesus wants me for a sunbeam". The other day I opened a package of nail files that kind of look like popsicle sticks. It took me a minute to figure out what the girls were doing with my nail files. The were holding them in the air saying 'sunbeam'. How do they think of this stuff?

Gorgeous pics--I never visited the gardens while we were there, but now I wish we had!
Tell Ava that Aunt Jana would like some alligator too. Uncle Matt would like some of that special contact case toilet water.
Now tell me how i can tell these girls apart. Do you just look for the bedhead then you know you've got ava?

Oh my heck - I am so glad you are a normal mom!! I miss being in Nursery...maybe they can have me come back someday! Your girls are too cute!
