You know it's bad when your kids keep asking you when you're going to jail. The girls tell people, "we got stopped by two policemans". Yes, I really got pulled over by two policemen in one week for speeding. I am the luckiest person ever because I got off with a warning both times.
Me: "Ava, did you just hit your sister?"
Ava: "No, I smacked her."
I recently took inventory of the girls' fall/winter clothes and discovered that they only have one thing that still fits them. These ponchos from Peru!! For some reason I thought it was really funny. Time to go shopping.

Elijah's latest is that he always prefaces things with "unfortunately." Except when he says it, it sounds more like "unfortunely."
Lucky you got let off with a warning! Zach and I have never had any tickets until a couple weeks ago... the car in front of Zach slammed on his breaks because there was a police officer... and the police officer pulled Zach over for "tail gating" LAME! It wasn't even his fault! The guy in front of him should have gotten the ticket! Anyways... lucky yoU! Reminds me of when you got pulled over when you were first pregos with the twins and you cried to the policeman and said "but I'm pregnant with twins" and he let you go... haha
