Survived two weeks of kindergarten

I just stole these pictures from Ava's teacher's blog. Lola and Ava are doing great in different classes. Lola has jealousy issues that are being worked out, but I think they are better off. Lola gets upset when Ava tells us something she did that Lola didn't get to do.

The girls haven't had a day that they didn't want to go, so that makes it easier to drop them off. Both teachers sing a certain song each morning when the parents leave and Lola always says, "k, you have to go now". And Ava just starts immitating the dance that her teacher does.

They meet up at recess and play together. The other day, as Ava's class walked by, Lola's teacher said, "Lola, get back in line". Lola said, "I AM in line". She thought Ava was Lola. I don't let them wear the exact same outfit to school because I don't want to throw off the teachers. I think the girls like tricking people, though.

It is so sweet that they find e/o at recess and I love that they enjoy tricking people. Twins are cool.

Oh, I also love that Ava is totally rolling around in the sand getting all dirty at recess!

So fun! I'm glad the girls are having fun. Elijah isn't in the same class as any of his friends, but they all get together at recess. Kindergarten is so dang cute.
