Patient mom advice

How do you NOT get mad at your kid when they spill hot chocolate on their freshly washed tights a few minutes before school? (Not only did she do that, but then after we took her tights off she spilled the rest of her hot chocolate on her legs and chair and floor.)
But, if you do get mad, how do you NOT feel guilty about it later? I know she didn't mean to spill it.

I have no advice because I struggle with being patient myself. And my kids are even younger than yours so I know they don't do things on purpose but that doesn't stop me from losing it sometimes. I just pray for patience and hope I get better :)

I can just see that happening in my head after reading this. Why is it always so funny to me when this stuff happens to you and your girls? At least I can laugh at you:)
