Yesterday we went to the mall. I won't talk about how the girls threw the biggest fit ever in the history of fits... in front of millions of people because they didn't want to leave the fountain.... and how I'm never going back there by myself. I just want to talk about how the girls get so much attention whenever we go out in public. Walking around the mall, the girls commented on everything they liked by saying "cute, cute". They stood in awe looking at a male mannequin with no head. In unison the girls were chanting "CUTE" over and over again. Two old ladies walked by and said "he IS cute, and YOU'RE cute". The girls just draw so much attention to themselves not only by just being twins but by doing things like this. ...and throwing tantrums in the middle of the mall doesn't help either. I feel like I can't go anywhere without making a scene.
Here's Lola playing in my shoes. Someone should put some clothes on that child.

Ha ha! Love that picture!
I think headless male mannequin are cute too. I should have gone with you yesterday. Call me next time.
I love this post...the story, the way you wrote it...and that picture is awesome! America's next top baby!
LOL This cracked me up- they sound like a handful of fun!!! :) HOW CUTE they are.... makes me excited to have one... :)
People can't help but love twins...and even though the twins were making a scene, I'm sure people watched you in admiration and not in disdain. :-)
And since yours our identical I bet you will always get the comments! My comments stopped about 8 months ago when my boy grew taller than my girl- I guess they stopped looking like twins!
I am so glad that you found my blog! Of course I remember you! Your twins are so adorable! Looks like they keep you busy! I can't wait to tell Cassidie about your blog. I'm sure she'll be so excited!
The tantrum thing is really hard (you have two to my one) and can get pretty embarrassing. I know it makes everything worse when we as parents tense up; the child somehow senses it then throws a bigger tantrum.
