We got stopped by a policeman and he told us that helmets are required in California, so I had been looking for cheap helmets ever since. I found brand new helmets for CHEAP at Goodwill today! Lola and Ava were really excited to try them out. They started by banging their heads on our fence out front. "It didn't even hurt!".
