Ava bit her lip the other day while sliding down a slide. I seem to remember doing a very similar thing when I was her age, although I had to get stitches. Her lip swelled up and there was blood all over her teeth. (This picture was taken a day later so it doesn't look as bad.) The second picture is me when I was three after my tragic accident.

HAHA, I can still hear you screaming when you got your stitches and I also remember that you and I were miss-behaving and running in the store when you fell and bit your lip. What a sad comparison the two of you...Little Ava and Little Liesl!
