Believe it or not, but I haven't exercised in over two years!!! My neighbors gave me a treadmill. It fits perfectly in Ryans's office, the only 'sound-proof' room in the house. Now I can run while the girls take their naps. I am sooooooo happy. Well, let me break down my first work-out for you.
Minute 1: crank the speed all the way up
Minute 2: glance at watch
Minute 4: turn down speed a few notches
Minute 5: break a sweat
Minute 7: turn down speed a notch
Minute 9: think about stopping
Minute 12: almost stopped, convinced myself to go 3 more minutes
Minute 13: glance at watch
Minute 13: glance at watch
Minute 14: glance at watch
Minute 15: start walking
So, I'd say I had a pretty good work-out. haha. I know it will get easier. My goal is to go for 30-45 minutes without stopping. I just needed something like this so I'd feel less guilty about my sugar addiction.

Ha ha, are you eating all the girls' Easter candy? I totally sympathize with you on the sugar addiction. At least we can admit we have a problem, right?
I haven't worked out since the girl in my ward who was doing free pilates at the church once a week stopped. Maybe I'll start riding my bike when it warms up outside... Maybe.
I am so jealous that you have a treadmill now....but I'm happy for you.
For your Info: I (Megan) wrote that last comment (and this one), I didn't know the computer was logged in as Ryan.
I'm not sure I could make it for 10 minutes. I'm impressed and jealous you have a treadmill too. It's either too cold or rainy outside!
I might feel sorry for you, if you looked like you actually needed to work out!
I'm not looking forward to my first workout after I have this baby. I get winded just going up the stairs right now.
I have to watch TV while I workout on a machine, and the show has to be a intense drama. Otherwise, the minutes feel like hours.
This made me giggle.... LIKE YOU NEED TO RUN anyway! The girls are cuties as always!
We are exactly the same, except your treadmill is at your house and mine was at the Orem Rec Center.
