More Random Quotes

I was trying to convince Ava that she needed to eat dinner before she could have marshmallows. I said, "If you eat your dinner you will grow BIG and tall like me". She said, "Well, I want to be VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY small".

When we were in seeing the pediatrician, a nurse was checking Ava's vision by showing her cards with shapes on them. The nurse held up the card with a circle on it and Ava said, "O for ostrich".

I took the girls to get ice cream at McDonald one night that Ryan was working late. I ordered two kid-cones and one regular. As soon as I passed out the cones Lola started to get mad because she noticed that mine was bigger than her's. I said to the worker, "I didn't think she'd be able to tell the difference". (The kid cones really aren't that much smaller.) She REALLY wanted my cone and all the McDonald's employees were laughing at us. This has become an issue for Lola. She always wants the biggest or the best... or the pinkest.

Speaking of pink...Lola was eating Berry Kix one morning and all that was left in her bowl was milk. She took a sip from her bowl and said, "That tastes PINK".

We were at Target and Ava said, "That guy is looking at me....I hate boys". Sooo many people heard her say that and started laughing.
