Ava got a mosquito bite on her eyebrow and this is how she reacted to it. Today was the first time we've ever gone to the doctor for more than just a regular checkup. She's on an antibiotic now and it's looking much better.... Thanks to my neighbor who drove me and my crying kids all over town.

Poor thing! I think Elijah only ended up with two, and he didn't react nearly as badly this time.

That's picture is awesome! Poor Ava... And your kids only cried during half of the drive to the doctor's office. :) At least it got me out of the house and we got a bunch of cheap ice cream out of the trip.
Whoa! That is pretty cool; however, for a second there I thought it looked like something called Preseptal Cellulitis which would have been much more serious. Good thing it wasnt that! Oh yeah... nice dress!

ryan-i actually think that is what the dr said she had! i looked it up and it said that it could be caused by bug bites and is actually common in kids under 5. crazy...good diagnosis!
Luanne said she spoke with you and that you said Ava is almost fully recovered. Great news! (And excellent long distance diagnosis from Pennsylvania, Ryan).
Ha! I was gonna say the exact same thing about the dress!
